Are the communities family-friendly?
Absolutely! All of our parks are all-ages and family-friendly. We welcome individuals, couples, and families who value community, peace, and connection.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We love pets and know they’re part of the family. Our communities are pet-friendly with reasonable rules to help keep everyone happy and safe.
What utilities or services are included in lot rent?
Lot rent includes water, sewer, and trash pickup at all three communities. Residents are responsible for their own gas and electric services.
Who owns and manages the communities?
The Villa Communities are proudly owned and operated by the Heaton family. We’re a local, family-run business that believes in neighborly care and honest communication.
Are there any move-in incentives or referral bonuses?
Yes! Buyers may qualify for exciting move-in incentives such as discounted lot rent, free storage sheds, or closing cost assistance. Current residents can earn a month of free rent by referring a friend who buys a home in one of our communities.
